# US firm’s new EV battery design could add 50% more range, targets 1,000 miles

24M recently unveiled its “cell-less” Electrode-to-Pack (ETOP) technology as a way for manufacturers to leapfrog by producing more powerful, cost-effective batteries domestically for EVs, eVTOL aircraft, and energy storage systems.
