Mr. Wilder co-founded 24M with Yet-Ming Chiang in 2010. He is a veteran entrepreneur in global-scale computer networking and recently next-generation manufacturing technology. He previously co-founded Crossbeam Systems (acq. BCSI) and American Internet (acq. Cisco). He is an advisor and investor in companies ranging from medicine robotics to AI-driven materials discovery and AI-driven code generation.

Dr. Chiang, a 24M co-founder, is a professor of Material Science and Engineering at MIT and one of the top battery researchers in the world. He previously co-founded American Superconductor and A123 Systems, has published more than 200 scientific articles and holds more than 60 patents. He serves on numerous government and academic advisory committees.

Mr. Chleboski is a senior business executive with 30 years’ experience growing large and small high-technology firms. He has held technical and financial leadership positions at clean technology companies including LS Energy, ENTOUCH, TeraDiode, Canadian Solar, Bandgap Engineering and Evergreen Solar. As an Evergreen co-founder and CFO, he led several private equity financings, an IPO and multiple follow-on financings and helped grow Evergreen’s market cap to over $1 billion.
SVP, Product & Development
Mr. Yumoto has been a technical expert in the lithium-ion battery industry for over 25 years. At Japan Storage Battery, Quallion, EnerDel, Seeo and QuantumScape, he has led the development of lithium-ion batteries for a variety of applications including cell phones, notebook computers, medical devices, aerospace and EVs. His responsibilities included R&D, materials development, prototyping and production start-up.
VP, Business Development
Mr. Tan is a business professional with an electrical engineering background. He has spent most of his career in the lithium-ion battery industry. He previously worked at Samsung SDI, where he led high-volume sales of behind-the-meter ESS and EV batteries, and championed partnership efforts at SEEO, Enerdel and Quallion.
VP, Global Operations
Mr. Rineck is a seasoned technical operations and engineering leader, focusing on managing and scaling manufacturing of novel technologies. Tim’s leadership has been instrumental in developing and running operations for 24M’s Massachusetts and Thailand-based production facilities. Prior, at Virent Inc., he managed a 24/7 technical operations staff that successfully demonstrated its transformative technology at high-volume scale.
VP, Advanced R&D
Dr. Junzheng (JZ) Chen joined in 2017 and leads all R&D. Prior, he was a researcher in Pacific Northwest National Laboratory and engineer in a primary lithium battery company. He serves as a principal investigator in multiple government contracts and subject matter expert technical programs, including ARPA-e SCALEUP, EVS4ALL and USABC LCFC. Dr. Chen has authored more than 20 peer-reviewed publications and received more than 55 patents.

Prior, Annabelle led a transformation at QuickPivot, redefining its team and processes to significantly improve efficiency and engagement. Her leadership and vision consistently drive positive outcomes in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Mr. Sanchez is a nationally recognized corporate securities and governance attorney who has represented numerous technology and growth enterprises at all stages of their lifecycle. Prior to joining 24M, Bob was a senior partner at Wilson Sonsini and Cooley. For over 30 years he has counseled companies and sources of capital in a broad range of strategic transactions and enterprise critical matters.

Mr. Kongrakkawin is a recognized leader in the global battery, power and energy industries. He currently serves as Executive Vice President of Business Development at Global Power Synergy Company (GPSC), the innovative power flagship of PTT Group. Mr. Kongrakkawin is a director on multiple corporate boards and holds Bachelor and Master degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand.

ITOCHU Corporation is one of the leading trading firms in Japan with an annual consolidated turnover of $100 billion. Mr. Murase has been with ITOCHU for nearly 30 years and has been involved in the lithium-ion battery-related business for more than 25 years. Mr. Murase enters from production equipment business and is now heavily involved in the energy storage system business and material supply chain business including recycling. His main focus market is in Japan, the U.S., China, Australia and the EU.

Ms. Pfänder has a strong background in finance with more than 15 years of experience in transaction services and auditing at Deloitte and KPMG. She led complex M&A deals and restructuring projects within the financial services industry for a wide range of international clients. In her current role she is responsible for the equity management of various of Volkswagen’s non-controlled shareholdings. Ms. Pfänder is a UK-qualified chartered accountant.
